We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or resolution under our Happiness Guarantee.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a physical return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Coffee & Tea Blends: Because roasted coffee and loose-leaf teas are perishable food items, health regulations prevent us from accepting returns on opened bags. However, our primary goal is for you to love every cup. If you are dissatisfied with your brew for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will be happy to offer an exchange for another roast, store credit, or a refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us at theyorkiesmorningbrew@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at theyorkiesmorningbrew@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the problem right away and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened bags of roasted coffee or tea (covered by our replacement/satisfaction promise instead).
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to initiate a return or replacement. Once approved, you can easily make a separate purchase for the new roast or item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, letting you know whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, the refund is automatically issued back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies can take additional time to officially post the refund to your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at theyorkiesmorningbrew@gmail.com.
